We caught up with Derek Overbey, Director of Marketing and Social Media for Roost, an online real estate search engine. In this short video Derek shares with us his top tips for using social media for sole proprietors. Many real estate agents, lawyers, accountants and other professions require the owners to do it all from the actual business to marketing and administrative work. But having to do it all means there isnt much time left over to do anything new, so in this interview Derek talks about what works and doesnt work in social media marketing and how local business owners and especially those that have to do it all themselves can make it fit in their busy schedules.
